On this occasion, the work done by the organization and new members of the organization were also made known to all. During this time it was told that recently the total number of members of the institution is 421, in which Jagbir Singh Dahiya, Chhotu Ram Sahrawat, Priyavart Chhikara, Jai Prakash, Kuldeep Singh Dabas joined the organization as new members. On this occasion, the general secretary of the institution Narayan Singh Dahiya said that a temporary tin shed was already built on the roof of Dharamshala, it has been removed and a concrete structure has been built on that place so that the place can be used properly, the gate of Dharamshala. Apart from this, the electricity load of the building of the institution increased from 38 KVA to 48 KVA in the year 2018-2019, for which the institution deposited forty thousand five hundred rupees in the electricity company and some other work related to the maintenance of the building was also done. In response to a question on the occasion, Kuldeep Singh Dabas said that the manner in which the organization has presented the details of earnings and expenses for the whole year in its annual meeting shows how much transparency is there in the organization. Every year, works are done by the institution in the interest of the society. He decided to join this institution as a member of Jat Mitra Mandal, working with transparency and without any discrimination for the development of the society.
